Accounts & Appointments

When you create an account or book an appointment, you are responsible for providing accurate details and keeping login credentials confidential. The house may decline or cancel bookings that appear abusive or incomplete.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, prices, discounts and stock shown on the site are offered in good faith. Ready-to-ship and made-to-order timelines are indicated on product pages. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will communicate material changes before fulfilment where reasonably possible.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the selected items, taxes and any applicable shipping. Cash on Delivery, where offered, remains subject to verification and serviceability at your address.
